Last Friday I cleaned out my fridge and made a delicious soup from all the less than fresh, but still good veggies. Taking time to make the big pot of soup fed me for the whole weekend!

Salad is one of the few things I actually prepare.

Not doing well with this. Eat whatever is handiest. Too tired to do more after work at 76.

Writing down food wasted. Not much, only some chicken lunchmeat that was too big a package for one. Started smelling and tasting funny. Should have put some in freezer when brought home.
