REFLECTION QUESTIONPlanningWhat meal plan method works for you and why? Have you tried some in the past that didn't work?
Demi Turner 10/01/2026 6:50 AMMe and my husband have done a mix of different methods in the past, but work best for us is assigning days, like Taco Tuesday, to make decisions easier. We occasionally will do some freezer meal prep to help on the lazy days when we don't have the time or feel like cooking. We found that doing the ingredient based method just doesn't work well for us.
