How easy has it been for you to plan your garden or CSA produce into your meals? Do you ever let your seasonal food go to waste?

Pinterest is a big help in finding recipes for foods you don't normally use. It takes a little time and I don't always make it work but I compost all my organics so it goes back into my garden. Plus, this program gave me the idea to make my own veggie broth. Some of the stuff I compost could be used for this purpose.
