REFLECTION QUESTIONPlanningWhat meal plan method works for you and why? Have you tried some in the past that didn't work?
Mari Senstad 10/08/2026 11:27 AMUsually a weekly meal plan based on what we have going on during the week. Then using leftovers / staples for lunches and making a few different breakfasts throughout. I've tried monthly and thematic nights but weekly has been best in this season of life. -
