REFLECTION QUESTIONCookingHow have you modified what you do with leftovers to make sure nothing goes to waste?
Laura Ryan 10/09/2026 8:49 AMUsed leftover beets, carrots and potatoes to make soup instead of forgetting about them in the fridge. -

Laura Ryan 10/09/2026 8:47 AMI was inspired to make Borsch with my daughter, she was so proud she couldn't wait to serve it to her dad. She also ate 2 bowls and she is usually very anti vegetable but she loved it (and I loved watching her eat good food!) We also froze half the batch for another day =)
