Today I went to my local co-op, Mississippi Market, to get some produce for the meal I am making tonight. I purchased cilantro, limes and garlic.

I discussed this project today with my Mom while we were checking in with each other. I shared the goals that I set for myself and she thought it was very nifty. She shared her experience being conscious about waste as well as sourcing from local vendors since my Dad used to work at a co-op.
