Canning and pickling food is a great way to have delicious summer fruits and vegetables all year round. What are some foods you would like to preserve and enjoy later?

What meal plan method works for you and why? Have you tried some in the past that didn't work?

When I took the meal plan assessment, I got the “Flexible” planner. I think this is accurate to my approach and it works well with my schedule and cooking habits. I mostly plan meals around the ingredients that I have (and especially ones that are going to go bad soon!). I don’t like eating the same things and mix up what I made regularly, which makes bulk-cooking/meal prepping not desirable for me. However, I think I can be better about using up small leftover amounts of sauces from various meals!

Did you know if you put some water on stale sourdough and bake or pan fry it you can revive it?? Tried it one some focaccia I made a few days ago and it worked great!
