"My mission is to reduce food waste by becoming more aware of how much food I throw away and finding better ways to use it. I want to encourage myself and others to save food, use leftovers, and only take what we need. By making small changes, I hope to help reduce food waste and make a positive impact on the environment."

I watched the documentary "Wasted! The Story of Food Waste," and it was very good and informative. Definitely worth watching.

It's going well! I've been doing well with my meal prepping and have also been educating myself a lot.

Do you have days when you don't have time to spend making food? How has meal prep helped one those days?

Meal prepping has helped me be less rushed throughout the week, I always know I have my meals waiting for me. It also helps me be more intentional about what I am putting into my body.

I've been doing good about not wasting food, anything that I don't eat from a restaurant, I always take home in a box to eat later. My family has also been more intentional about how much we make of things, we've been trying to focus on not making too much to the point where the food won't end up being eaten.
