Did you know that about 40% of food is wasted somewhere along the supply chain? That’s like stepping out of a grocery store with five bags of food and dropping two in the parking lot. You may not think you waste that much food at home, but the little bits here and there add up.
The Save Food, Spend Less Challenge will help you notice when you are wasting food, connect you with resources to help you reduce it, and provide support and motivation along the way.
Remember that developing new habits is a gradual process. Start by browsing the actions within each category and select actions that make sense for you and your household. In this challenge, you can select up to five daily actions and five one-time actions.

October 14 at 6:52 PMI enjoyed not having to worry about the food going to waste in the fridge. My family often forgets about leftovers, so sometimes they go to waste when we save them for later. I also liked not having to wash another dish that I would've used for food storage.
